Seeking a female graduate student roommate to join 2 PhD students in our 3 bedroom house just west of campus. Private room and shared bathroom with one of us. New washer dryer, full garage, finished basement with bar, and fenced backyard with porch. One dog already lives here, so no other pets please! $ per month (includes water, trash, lawn, snow removal). Renter also pays wifi, electric, gas (~$/month fixed). Lease start !
