I'm a semi retired, male natural health professional. I'm phyically active. I hike, bike, outdoor type..etc. I have a very nice 3 bedroom home in I- &Thundrbird area. I have a good size 2nd bedroom with a private bath available. You have access to family room with tv, laundry room, kitchen. Wifi included. The home also has beautiful front & back yard with many trees. I'm looking for a perso who is employed preferably outside of home, mature, responsible and preferably a little conservative leaning..lol...I do request a small monthly utility fee of $ refundable security deposit.
