Hey! I am looking for someone female to take over my single occupancy private room with a private bathroom in a 4 bedroom townhouse apartment (female only flat) at Melbourne commons. My room is on the top floor, ensuring privacy and comfort, within walking distance of FIT, the unit has a washer/dryer in the apartment, shared kitchen and living room, as well as a pool at the complex.
