I’m looking for a roommate to move in and join a 1 year by June 1st (pending landlord approval). Rent is $/mon and we pay electric and WiFi, heat is electric and laundry is in unit (not coin op).

I have 2 cats and work from home. I pretty much keep to myself but I do enjoy company!
