I'm a single father with a teen. I work full-time, and she is a good student. Also involved in band and color guard.

We are both quiet/respectful and easy to get along with.
I'm looking for a place for us to rebuild. I also do handyman, mechanic, landscaping, gardening, painting, and light welding.
