The room is a B3B unit in a luxury apartment (One on Centre)located in North Oakland, Pittsburgh, with a monthly rent $. The other two roommates are male students from CMU. Additionally, if you're interested, you can renew the lease for the next semester at $ per month, which is $ cheaper than the current official listing price.

The apartment is within a -minute walk to both the University of Pittsburgh and CMU
