Need Roommate for early April

Description

Hey everyone, my name is Perry and I'm a -year old executive assistant working in the entertainment industry! I live with one other roommate (same age, same industry) in a b apartment off Sawtelle Blvd. Our third is moving out so we're looking for someone to move in ideally the beginning/middle of April for a one-year lease.

We do have a cat (Maine Coon, his name is Percy) who is very sweet and will become your best friend. He does shed a little bit though (we have a cleaner come bimonthly so it really isn't noticeable) but if you're allergic to pets then please don't apply :(
