What I'm Looking For:

Responsible, clean, and respectful individual
Non-smoker, and no parties
No pets, please
Must be comfortable with sharing common areas like the kitchen and living room
Ideally, someone with a steady income and good rental history
Rent & Details:

Rent: $ per month (plus hydro) - $ each
Move-in date: April
First and last month's rent required as a deposit
Utilities (hydro) are separate from rent
