Our home is a cozy 3-bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood located on a road with a cul-de-sac at the end. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The home is centrally located to Noblesville, Carmel, Westfield and Fisher’s with easy access to I-. The primary suite is equipped with a king size bed, ottoman and desk, with one standard size closet and another smaller one. There is a private bathroom attached with a standing shower and small vanity. Bedroom #2 is the other tenant’s room and he uses the main bathroom. The kitchen, dining and living room are open concept and are considered common areas shared between tenants. Parking is free in the driveway or the garage can fit a small vehicle if desired.
