Description

Renting my second bedroom available ASAP, looking to fill by April 5th. Rent is $ with utilities included, total move-in cost would be $ for first month rent and deposit. I live in the master and am at class most mornings and work late most evenings.

I’m looking for a roommate that is preferably female (but open to both genders after meeting), has stable income, and no animals ideally (or a single well kept animal) due to allergies. Proof of income and personal reference required.

The apartment is furnished and there is a stacked washer/dryer in the hallway. The room is large enough for a queen bed and desk. I have a desk available for the room, if needed.

The cross streets are County Club Road and the loop minute drive from ASU campus, from old town Scottsdale and minutes to downtown phoenix. There are 2 public bus routes directly outside of the complex that connect to the light rail as well. Gated parking and a pool are available on property.

Shopping centers Mesa Riverview and Tempe Marketplace are both less than minutes away, as well as Planet Fitness, Fry’s, and Safeway.
