Description

The room is well kept, carpeted, no exact measurements but it is a decent (medium) size, large enough for a queen size bed frame and a full bedroom set, a long with plenty of wall-space to decorate and a window to let in natural light.

There is a moderate sized closet attached, at a time it did hold three full garment racks and plenty of hampers.

This room does share a jack-and-jill bathroom with the main bedroom, both bathroom doors are lockable from the inside, and with courtesy and patience you don't really think about it after a while. There is a half bath downstairs, which can be used as a personal space as well.

Located in the Arlington area just off of the Arlington Expressway and Arlington Road - right near the heart of downtown Jacksonville, EverBank Stadium, etc, and just a
twenty minute drive to the beach!
