I’m fine with guests and what not but don’t be the guy/girl bringing home a date every night.. YOU will be responsible for whoever you bring over! home cooked meals by yours truly!you will share a bathroom! High speed Spectrum! Washer and dryer in the garage. Small grill in the backyard.
