Looking for 1 Roommate

Hey everyone! I’m looking to move into The Alara Union Station Apartments in early May. All I ask for is someone that keeps the common space clean and contributes to taking out trash/doing dishes! I don’t mind a female roommate as I’ve lived with one before, but guys somewhat preferred.

I’m a y/o from California that graduated CU Boulder. I work for Outer Range Brewery as their manager and I also work for Mission Ballroom part time as a barback. I play volleyball at the Oasis weekly and always down to do things outside. My other hobbies are skiing, video games, and watching sports. As someone in sales I feel like I’m pretty easy going and an easy person to get along with!

The specific apartment I’m looking at is called the ‘Travel’. It’s square feet with baths and a washer dryer. It’s $ total! If you’d be interested let me know!!
