Looking for someone to share a BA condo in San Bernardino. About 5 miles to CSUSB. Place is clean and in a quiet area. You will have your own room and own bathroom, as well as use of the kitchen/common areas. Washer/dryer access as well. Looking for working professional/Student close to my age in their 's that will pay rent on time and is responsible. Male or Female. I'm a yr old male. I work during the day and sometimes on the weekend. I'm pretty laid back and I'm looking to have a chill quiet environment here.

Rent is $+ Half of electricity.I will take care of the rest of the bills. Rent is cash/Zelle only due by st of every month. $ refundable deposit due at time of signing agreement if chosen and 1st months rent of $ due day of move in. $ total.
