Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate in our spare room, located at the corner of downtown and Echo Park. The room comes with a private bath and parking space and utilities are included in price. We are looking for someone to stay from now until June . The building has several amenities including gyms, and a basketball court. We are in our mid twenties and have hybrid work schedules.
