Sublease for the Summer

I am looking to sublease my room at West -July bed/2bath apartment, but currently I do not have a roommate, and am the only one living there! The bathroom is very large with lots of storage and an oversized tub. The apartment is in very good condition, the place very clean and organized. It comes fully furnished. Amenities include walk-in closet, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, TV and wifi, a balcony, fully functioning appliances, and granite countertops! Along with the apartment, you have full access to the community pool, volleyball court, game room, theater, and gym. It is also a gated community with free parking. It is a minute drive from FSU and TSC campuses.
