Room for Rent in Beaufort Home

I moved to Beaufort, SC last year and currently have a bedroom available for rent in my beautiful home. I maintain use of the master bedroom. One of the other rooms is used as my Real Estate office. Your room will have access to a private bathroom. I also utilize the 2 car garage as my Vintage Clothing shop where I live stream a few times a month. I am a single year old male with a German Shepherd named Taco who is the absolute best. I have a backround in the music industry and consider myself to be pretty relaxed. Looking for someone that has employment and doesn’t mind contributing to the cleanliness of the common shared areas of the home.
