I’m looking to sublet my son's room at Park Place Reno starting ASAP. It’s a apartment, but only 3 rooms are rented, and the roommates are student; quiet, studious, and respectful guys – no parties, no noise.

Here are the details:

• Rent: $/month (NEGOTIABLE– normally $.

• Lease: Runs through September

• Internet and water included in rent! Utilities run around $ for electricity/month. There is parking available for additional fee. I do not pay for parking.

Park Place is an amazing spot with awesome amenities:

• Rooftop area with a pool, spas, grills, outdoor fitness area, tanning rooms, golf simulator, movie theater, indoor gym, ping pong, pool table, and basketball court.

• Walking distance to UNR – perfect for students or professionals.

• Pet-friendly (max lbs each, no aggressive breeds). A deposit is required and believe a monthly fee. Smoking is prohibited in all premises.
