Hi, we're looking for a roommate to share a fully furnished sqft home in Mission Valley, close to USD (across the street), 3 minutes to Fashion Valley, close to beaches, downtown, and airport. Yard, orange tree, bbq, pool table are open to all. Room is move-in ready. Furnishings included in both the room and common areas.

There are currently 4 other professional male/females living here. There are baths, huge living room and a newly remodeled kitchen fully stocked with kitchen equipment. The room you would be renting includes a bed, closet, bedsheets, comforter, and desk/chair. You will share a bathroom with one other male.

We are looking for someone clean, respectful, and quiet. We like to have fun outside the house but please don't bring the party home with you.

Credit check required with application. First month's rent plus deposit in the amount of 1 month's rent required at move-in
