Roommate and Apartment Search

Description

Hi, my name is Danielle and I am years old. I am currently in the process of searching for an apartment in Philly (Mainly south). I plan on finding a place and moving in around the end of May or the middle of June (Before school starts).

Lifestyle description:

My Cleanliness
I am a fairly neat person, I like to ensure everything stays in its designated space. I also take my shoes off before entering to reduce mud and other stuff tracking throughout the apartment. I usually try to clean my entire space weekly (on the days I have off).

Overnight Guest
I'm not expecting to have any overnight guests while I stay here, If I have anyone it will most likely be a relative. Before I bring anyone into our space I will make sure to ask you if you are comfortable with it and I will expect the same in return. I want to foster a comfortable and safe environment.

Party habits
With me working and being a student I don't really have too much time to party. If I do go to a party it will most likely be a pretty tame environment. You won't have to worry about me coming home very drunk often or hosting a bunch of extravaganzas in our place.

Morning /Night Schedule
I don't have all of my schedule detailed right now (Mainly dependent on my work schedule when I transfer) but I try to start my day pretty early and not end it too late. I'm not a light sleeper but I like my space to be fairly quiet by pm.

Food Preference
I am very open to trying (almost) anything. Because of my busy schedule, I will most likely try to keep a meal prep schedule. This means I'll have prepped meals in the fridge for breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. I am willing to split the bill on groceries (Share Dinner responsibility) or buy separate groceries (Make your Dinner). I'm flexible so if you have something else to offer I'm open.

Smoker
I have asthma so I would prefer you don't smoke in our space, if you do smoke you would have to do it outside
