1 bedroom + Private bath at The Den

Description

Note: All leasing is done through the apartment leasing office once a roommate is found. I’m looking to sublease my room in a bath D1- female unit for 7 months at The Den from January to July st. Any lease extension beyond July is handled by the complex.

Rent is $ cheaper than the lowest rates at the complex). They add electric and fees monthly (I pay around $ monthly after rent, electric, and fees)
