Imagine a small complex apts, small courtyard, within walking distance to restaurants, several markets, access to all major freeways, and much, much more.

I am looking to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Carpeted floors apartment with another dependable and clean flatmate. It is a second floor unit built in a (no elevator).

I have lived in this apartment for 4 + years and really enjoy it here. The complex has laundry on- () and that is maintained year-round. Central air /heat. Parking under in the garage is 2 car tandem. . If something happens the Owners fix is right away .

I am a yo hard-working professional who often works from home and is looking for someone who preferably works out of the home. I am generally an extrovert who also enjoys the solace of home.
