My wife and I are looking to sublet this bath unit in a four story building in Chinatown. Total rent is $ + utilities. Preferably move in February, but we can be flexible. June is the last day of our current lease.

-Location is awesome, super close to bakeries, restaurants and shops. Only a 5 min walk to Cermak-Chinatown Red line station.
- There's a master bedroom with plenty of closet space. The other 2 rooms are smaller. This place could be for people, depending on how you want to use the rooms.
- The kitchen has a stainless steel gas stove, double door fridge, 2 sink basins, and a dishwasher.
- In unit washer and dryer.
-Area is quiet at night.
-Has cooling and heating.
-No pets allowed.
