I will have a room available for rent in Early January!

You will have your own bathroom, full access to the common areas and balcony and key to the awesome amenities this complex offers. The Community offers a gym, pool, tons of events (food trucks, holiday festivities,etc.) and is walking distance away from Publix and tons of amazing restaurants. With I-4 being but two stoplights away our location is truly top tier. All utilities will be included ! I am a very hardworking young woman and have really put my all into keeping this residence and I expect my future roommate to be reliable, punctual, and cleanly. You must also be ok with pets as I have a 9 year old dog who mainly stays in my room with me. Below is a breakdown of what you will need to move in:
