ISO Roommate for our apartment

Hey guys! So our roommates just moved out and we're looking for someone to move in with us. We are in a bath apartment just off of and Wadsworth with in-unit laundry. You would get the master bedroom with the attached bathroom. We are asking $/3 of the monthly utilities (around $/mo would be your portion).

Internet is free to you and is fast and reliable.

Kitchen consists of the standard oven, stove, microwave, and fridge/freezer. We also have appliances that you are welcome to use.

We are in the middle of our lease and will be renewing in April , and most likely in as well. We have been living here for close to 6 years with no notices, warnings, complaints, or anything of the sort. We are a married couple (late 's) with careers. We have plenty of experience with roommates and have never had any issues.

We have no special rules or anything. We simply ask that you pay your portion of the rent on time and don't get the police called to our place.

A few things I should inform you about if you're interested:

We have no more parking passes available. Street parking is available and just as close to the unit as parking in the parking lot. The street parking is on a safe residential road and neither us nor any visitors or roommates have had any issue with vehicle damage when parking on the street. If you would like a garage, we can get one added to the lease for $/mo.

We cannot take any pets as we have a rescue dog that is reactive and unpredictable with other animals.

We are only considering single females or other couples. This is simply for my wife's safety.

The living room is already furnished and does not have any space for more couches, chairs, shelves, etc. The master bedroom can comfortably fit a king bed, nightstand, and an entertainment center or desk. The closet is a large walk-in closet. You are obviously just as welcome as us to use any of the furniture in the living room.
