Hi all!
I am urgently iso someone to take over my lease from January 1st until May th with the possibility to renew. I am moving home due to unforeseen circumstances, and need someone to take over my lease at this beautiful and brand new apartment complex in Point Loma!

I live with one other girl who is a senior at SDSU but with another year left, she is years old. I am looking for another female to take over my lease. A little bit about the apartment:

Located in Point Loma, a short walk from Liberty Station. The apartment complex is consistently guarded by security, on top of that, the security in general is very nice and makes living there very safe and comfortable!
- Pet friendly with pet spa
- Beautiful Gym
- Pool & Hot Tub
- Parking garage within the building
- Private Bedroom and Bathroom with walk-in closet
- Apartment also has living room (fully furnished) and kitchen (furnished), with a balcony that is also furnished.
- The bedroom would be unfurnished as well, unless I can find someone to take over the lease before Dec 2nd, if needed can be furnished with a full mattress and bed frame for an additional price!

Rent comes to $ every month with parking, valet garage, WiFi. Electric is a separate pay depending on the month ranges from $ at most!
