I am seeking a clean room with a private bathroom in a safe area of Kalamazoo County. I'm a retired nurse, , and aside from occasionally volunteering, my dog and I are generally home most of the day spending time to ourselves. My budget is flexible, and I highly value the inclusion of all utilities, Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, and basic rent within the overall package.

Due to a knee condition, it is essential that the room is located on the main floor with minimal steps, if any.

I do not engage in smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, or the use of recreational drugs. I maintain a neat and organized living environment and prefer to reside with individuals who share like standards. I am open to considering shared bathroom arrangements with a compatible individual in exchange for reduced rent. Additionally, I require a rental situation that accommodates month-to-month agreements.

I have a small -pound service dog, who is instrumental in my daily activities. He is equipped with a vest indicating his working status, and it is important that he is not interacted with in any way—this includes petting, talking to, or even making eye contact—so as to avoid distractions from his specific training. When the vest is removed in the early evening, that serves as a signal for individuals to feel free to greet him in passing.

Buddy accompanies me everywhere, including venues such as shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores, and during hospital admissions. He possesses an ID badge that features his photograph.
