* i have had my esa cat for about 8 years now
* i’d like to think i’m pretty open to new ideas
We can get to know each other more throughout the process

The shared spaces are all furnished but we can talk about redecorating. Room can be available Mid December. Must be a cat/ animal lover. Be advised the following is not accepted or tolerated.

• No smoking.
• No couples.
* No pets. I have a cat that is a registered ESA. ‘pets’ are not allowed by management.

The room can come furnished for an extra fee, we can talk about that too.

Ultimately, the decision is not mine but managements. To qualify, you must have good credit, and steady income. If you’re a ft student, they allow for a co-signer.
