Hi everyone! I’m studying abroad so I really need someone to sublease, my room is empty and ready for someone to move in asap. The room is available between the months of January-July . The house is located in the Retreat Pullman, it’s the model Talmadge with 5 bedrooms and baths. You will be getting your private bedroom and bathroom in room D on the third floor. There are already 4 other girls living in the house who are all super sweet. The rent is $/month and utilities aren’t included; they are usually $/month through an app. The house is big and fully furnished, with a shared kitchen, in unit laundry, dining area, living room, balcony, and a guest bathroom downstairs. Overall, the house is very clean and organized. There are more shared closets to also put your things. Along with your rent you get access to the clubhouse, fitness center, sauna, tanning beds, study rooms, basketball court, pool, hot tub, computer lab, private shuttle etc. Please message me with any questions, comments or concerns.
