Looking for a Roommate Starting December (Heights at Battle Creek Apartments in Broken Arrow, W Granger Street). Silent neighborhood, excellent apartment complex, excellent service. WASHER AND DRYER IS IN UNIT!!!

My current roommate is moving out of state for a new job, so I’m looking for a new roommate to sublease his room in our -bathroom apartment. The bathroom is private to this room, so you’ll have your own space. Ideal for a working professional with a clean background (no severe criminal history; the apartment complex will conduct a background check, so it’s up to the office). Lease ends in June.

About the Apartment:

• Located in a safe and clean complex

• Non-smoking indoors (smoking permitted on the patio)

• No heavy drinking or drug use; this is a quiet, non-party environment

Rent & Utilities:

• Rent: $ (your share)

• Additional monthly fees for surveillance, trash pickup, and water total around $ for each of us, depending on water usage (typically around $ overall)

• WiFi: $ each (of total $)

• Electric: depends of the use. We will share.
