It has dog parks, 3 pools & hot tubs. It’s in walking distance to North Mountain, bus stops, and convenient stores and shopping areas off of 7th St & Thunderbird and 7th St & Dunlap. There is 1 other female tenant. The rent is monthly, due no later than the 3rd of the month. Prefer no pets but negotiable and non-smoking is preferred.
