Clean, Reliable, and Respectful

Hello,

My name is Frank, and I currently reside in Oceanside. Prior to that, I lived in Carlsbad + years. I moved because an elderly relative needed to move in to the room. I was in Fallbrook for a short while (but too far), now Oceanside, and have been keeping an eye out for Vista area...but am open.

I am a dependable, respectful, responsible and clean individual who ALWAYS pays their rent on time, and lives a fairly quiet life. I'm a semi-retired (from military completely) person who stays active, travels, who is happy with life and just looking for a private room, and the opportunity to live an enjoyable life. One's age is not important to me as it's more the individual person...male or female.

I care about others and try to be helpful when applicable. I enjoy humor, I love music, dancing, tap dancing, cooking, and in general would want me as a house mate. I'm also physically active, workout, and lead a fairly healthy life. Otherwise I have no real special needs other than the respect that I give others. I lead a quiet, personal life, mind my business, and don't allow drama in my life. I try to be a good person to all...at all times, and appreciate common courtesies and respect of others as I reciprocate accordingly. I stay true to my word of always being a good tenant as a former homeowner (east coast), I had great tenants and appreciated them very much, and endeavor to be the same.
