Clean, quiet, women-only home with a small indoor dog. Looking for a single tenant that’s clean, communicative, and COVID-conscious.

You’d be moving in with my senior mother and I. Due to her age and pre-existing conditions we ask that tenant would be mindful and respectful of maintaining a safe, clean environment in shared spaces to avoid illness transmission and we will extend the same courtesy. Currently not considering other pets in the home -
dog is fearful of other animals, and we are allergic to cats.
