Rent: $/month (including utilities) price negotiable
Room Type: Shared bedroom with a full-size bed
Amenities: In-unit Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, Gym, Study Spaces, Fully Furnished, Rooftop Terrace, and hot tub
Prime Location: Less than a 5-minute walk to central campus and close to downtown Ann Arbor if you are looking to explore downtown!
About the Apartment & Roommates:
You’d share with only two other roommates who are incredibly quiet, friendly, and respectful. We also share cooking and household supplies, so you won’t need to buy much!
Roommate Schedule: Most weekends, you’ll have the room to yourself as my roommate usually stays at her boyfriend’s place.
Bathroom: You’d only be sharing with one other person.
