I'm a single female living with my gay male bff. We're both friendly, considerate, and tidy people looking for a respectful, responsible, and polite roommate. We have a private bedroom and a shared bathroom available with all utilities included and the other roommate is often gone. So there's plenty of space with a private bathroom and one side of the house to yourself more often than not. This is a sober environment as well so there's no partying or use of any kind welcome here, please. The house is fully equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, stainless steel refrigerator, and dishwasher. There's plenty of storage, many home appliances, wifi, a smart TV, an outside storage shed, an outside art studio, a backyard with room to garden, and a covered driveway with room for your car. We reside in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood closely located to plenty of shopping, downtown, and minutes from the bus.
