You will have a private room, and a shared bathroom with only one other person, who is clean and never home because they travel for work and they are
respectful of shared spaces.
Washer and dryer are in the apartment, kitchen is average size and a screened in patio. There is a Gym onsite and a Pool onsite; there is a Wonderful feeling of community in this complex.
Please clean up after yourself in shared spaces and respectful of others in shared spaces and everything will be copacetic, Internet and Cable are
included. Pool open is currently open

Rent due on the first of every month.
