Looking for a responsible and friendly roommate to share a spacious house with me. Ideal candidate will work from home and help take care of my friendly dog and the house in exchange for reduced rent. I own house.

**About the Place:**
- bathroom home
- Cozy living area and fully equipped kitchen
- Located in a quiet neighborhood close to parks.
-You will be renting room (furnished or unfurnished), bathroom, and upstairs den if needed for office
-When I travel for work, entire place to yourself.

**About You:**
- Works from home - or is gone less than 6 hours a day.
- Must love dogs and be comfortable with daily walks and playtime
- Responsible, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces

About me
- Liberal
-Travel for work about half the month.
-Active lifestyle, like to ride my electric skateboard, golf, gymnastics, ice skating ect.
- Bring home lots of free 5 star food.

**Rent Details:**
- Lower rent in exchange for pet care, light house chores, scheduling cleaning /home services.
