Wanted roommate-Conroe/woodlands

My name is Naomi. I’m located off of in The Woodlands/Conroe area. I have one bedroom that will be available to start renting in a few short weeks. The room comes fully furnished with dresser/mirror, bookshelf, night stands, desk, chair, bed, mattress. If you have your own furniture, we can move the furniture in the room to the garage. You would have your own bathroom that is shared with house guests.
I live on the first floor in the apartments. The apartments are called the sanctuary At Jacobs Reserve. They back up to a bunch of trails. Fairly new apartments, but I’ve been there going on 5 years. I really enjoy living there.
Wifi and electricity are included in the rent and it would be $ a month. I also include dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels.
I do have two dogs and a cat that are very friendly. They absolutely love people.
I work in Houston/spring area. I don’t party. I do enjoy gaming quite a bit. I am friendly. I have some friends that come over to visit often. I would consider myself a little social.
I am looking for a roommate that enjoys to clean up after themselves and likes to live in a clean and neat environment as I can’t stand living in a cluttered filthy area. 🤣
