I’m looking for private room(s) or a roommate situation in a home or apartment in the Charlotte area with a move-in date by October 1st. I have shared custody of my two children (daughter, and son). I need a clean place that can accommodate when they are with me every other week. Ideally, I’m looking for:

• Rent around $ per month (open to flexibility given my situation and if utilities are included or not)
• A roommate who understands and is okay with my children being around every other week
• A family-friendly or respectful environment
• Preferably a home with a garage (but open to street parking)
• A lease term of months

I’m a single father, a non-smoker, a working professional, and clean. I’m focused on providing a stable environment for my children during my custodial time. I’m responsible, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. I have no pets, but I’m sure my children would enjoy yours. If you have a space available or know someone who does, please reach out!!!
