Deposit is needed. Background check is non refundable. The room is in Storey Lake Community with big, clean swimming pool, and gym. Very clean, very security, very quiet. The house was brand new built 8 years ago, very clean, quiet. Air filters in AC unit and water filters for the whole house. Shared bathtub, not share toilet, not share sink. The other roommate is not home often. Please no pet, no guests come inside the house, no smoking, no alcohol. It is less than two miles from Publix, Super Walmart, Target, Starbucks, TJMax, UPS, 2 miles from Sam Club. Many restaurants around like First Watch, Ale House, etc. Close to Celebration, Huntercreek, Walgreens, CVS. 7 miles from Epcot, Disney Springs. Please message me here if you are interested.
