Hello! I am looking for a roommate to share my apartment in North Hollywood. The apartment is spacious and in a safe, quiet area with good neighbors. It has in-unit laundry and central air/heat. (You will also get your own parking space in the parking garage.) The common spaces in the apartment have furniture, but your room will be completely empty when you move in.As for me, I am a male marketing professional who makes short films for fun. I am clean, quiet, respectful, laid-back, and easy to get along with. I enjoy movies, books, art, cats, sports, exercise, and the outdoors. If you are an artist/fellow creative, we should get along great!I also have an orange cat named Hobbes, and he is the best. Hobbes traditionally gets along with other cats, but I would prefer to not live with a dog or any other animal.I am currently on a month-to-month lease, but have no plans to move out in the near future. We have Wi-Fi but not cable and I don't anticipate getting it since I watch everything online - the living room TV has all the Streaming apps! Our kitchen has an oven, 4 range stove top and a dishwasher. In terms of cleanliness, I enjoy having a well kept apartment but not to a fault. As long as common spaces are respected, I'm happy. Outside of work I like to paint, perform, make short films and music videos, and go to comedy shows and film festivals. He however will not be any issue for you unless you are allergic. I vacuum often to keep the place fur free. He is happy hanging out in my room while I'm gone at work or out for dinner.
