Hey there! I'm Chance, an Arizona native. I live on the east side of the valley in a bath home and I'm currently looking for roommates. My friend is moving out soon so I'm looking to fill his spot. I work a pretty normal office job and I travel a decent amount so I'm in and out of the house pretty commonly. I don't have a ton of "rules" for roommates; really I just ask that whoever lives in my home pay their portion and treat the house as if it is their own. This is the biggest investment I've ever made and I want to keep it as nice as possible!
