looking to fill room as soon as possible. Room is very large with walk in closetLooking for 800$ each month this will include all utilities including internet. House has high quality movie theater, game room with 5 TVs for lan parties etc, arcade machines, and a animegame room upstairs. These spaces are free to use as long as its not abused, ex: dont be using the theater as your primary tv all day every day etc. House also has a guest room thats free to use when you have friends or family come over. Pets can be discussed on a per case basis. Every one in the house is pretty nerdy. All into anime / games / cosplay etc. Recently have also been hosting nerd / lan parties about once a month at the house that you can invite who every you want to.
