Room with private bathroom

الوصف

Hi! I am looking for a female roommate. No couples, children or pets please. The room also has a private bathroom. The rent is $1000 including all utilities. My house is in east Sacramento and in a quiet neighborhood. As for myself, I am single with one cat and work as an analyst. I love to go to the Midtown farmers market, antique shopping and sewing. Let me know if you are interested!
