ROOM FOR RENT WANTED – OCALA, FL | BUDGET: $700–$800/MONTH Hello! My name is Guillermo, but I go by Jay. I’m a 47-year-old professional looking for a clean, comfortable room to rent in Ocala, preferably close to my workplace. I work as the Catering Director at Mojo’s in Ocala, and I have a busy schedule with long workdays, so I’m looking for a peaceful place to come home to and relax. A little about me: I’m clean, tidy, respectful, laid-back, and easygoing. I take pride in keeping my living space neat, respecting other people’s privacy, and being considerate of those around me. I’m looking for a drama-free, comfortable living arrangement with someone who appreciates a clean home and mutual respect. I’m currently going through a separation and starting a new chapter in my life. My goal is to find a place where I can settle in, focus on work, and feel at home. What I’m looking for: * 💰 Budget: $700–$800 per month
* 📍 Preferred location: Ocala, within a reasonable commute I work by the paddock mall * 🗓️ Move-in: Before October 31
* 🏡 A clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
* 🤝 A respectful landlord or compatible housemate
* Utilities included would be a plus! I’m serious about finding the right place and would be happy to answer any questions or arrange a time to meet. If you have a room available or know someone who does, please send me a message with the location, monthly rent, and what’s included. Thank you! I appreciate any leads or recommendations. 😊 — Jay.
