[REDACTED] Florence, KY. My roommate is needing to move elsewhere and our lease is coming up. I do not want to move, so I would like someone to take over their half of the lease. Rent would be $1170 for your half, with your own private bathroom, large walk in closet, and room. It comes with a garage, secure building entrance, and balcony. I have everything you’d need for an apartment when moving in, so you’d have free use of all kitchen and living room equipment. There’s an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. There is also a den/office room that hasn’t been used yet, and we could agree on what that space should be for if you had an idea! There is also a guest bathroom so no one has to enter your room when they’re over. Rent includes everything except electric, which is usually $50-$80 a month. The location has 24/7 gym, dog wash station, and clubhouse. They also do valet trash service. I do have two dogs that you’d be living with, but they’re my responsibility and all I’d ask is you love them and be kind to them. I am a very clean roommate, usually just keep to myself. I don’t party, drink, or ever have anyone over. However, you are welcome to live your life freely and happily 🙂 Please no one with any pets as there’s already 2 dogs and no children. I am a female in my 20’s, men and women both welcome. Must have decent credit (they work with you) and proof of income to apply. Move in is TBD at this time, but no later than November 30.
