Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for a 2 bed / 2 bath duplex starting in November. Rent + utilities would be $900/month total. I am renting a private room. Duplex is equipped with updated appliances along with the washer and dryer. A little about me: I’m in my early 20s, work full-time, and am pretty easygoing. I enjoy cooking, movies, having a cozy home, and getting out and doing things when I’m not working. I’m looking for a peaceful, comfortable home rather than a big party house. I have one cat 🐈⬛ and am looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, clean, and considerate of shared spaces. You’d have your own bedroom and your own private bathroom.
