Private Room in Basement Unit

Looking to sublet my room in a shared basement unit starting November 1st! I am flexible with the date- I just need it filled ASAP! You will be living with one other girl who in her senior year at UNC, and her pup Davey! So you must be comfortable with dogs- but please no pets! All utilities are included in rent, there is an in unit washer and dryer, a backyard, and you will have a reserved spot in the driveway. Your room will be on the opposite end of the unit, so it is more private. Serious inquiries only please!
