Looking for room to rent

I am a professional female aged 53. I am available to move as soon as October 31 and have a budget of $850/month. I would like to share with females ideally 40 and up. I am also looking to rent room for almost a year and looking for a quiet place where we can respect each other‘s privacy. I work from home some days of the week and the other days I am in the office. I am a quiet person, clean and respectful. I am looking to rent a room because my son and his family are moving to Ohio.
