I have a spare room available and I’m looking for a kind, respectful roommate to share my home. The first and last month’s rent is expected along with a $350 security deposit. A little about me: I’m a bit of a nerd (you’ll notice pretty quickly 😄), and I keep a comfortable living space. I value respect, communication, and a drama-free environment. Details: Private room available (that does include a bed and a night stand.
